Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to ORLIY. This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how long the process takes.

• New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Refund requests made after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, for example in the event of a service outage or billing error.
• Add-on services and custom implementation work are non-refundable once delivery has started.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under the eligibility terms above.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times after that point depend on your bank or card provider.

• Custom development or onboarding work already completed
• Renewal charges reported more than 14 days after billing
